Vendor FAQ
WHAT TYPES OF VENDORS ARE ACCEPTED AT KEPT?
KEPT is open to sellers and curators of vintage clothing, housewares, and objects.
HOW ARE VENDORS SELECTED?
KEPT is juried. Our jury considers curation, aesthetic, branding, online presence, and price point. We look for quality, authenticity, and a cohesive booth, and we are committed to a diverse and inclusive vendor roster with a balance of local and traveling sellers.
WHAT IS THE BOOTH SIZE AND COST?
- Table spaces — $85
One 6′ table — all items must be displayed on top of the table. - 7′ x 8′ booths — $125
- 10′ x 8′ booths — $175
- Corner 10′ x 8′ booths — $225
Corner booth has access from front and side.
If accepted, you will be sent a link to pay your booth fee. Payment is required to hold your space. All booths are directly next to each other.
WHAT DOES THE BOOTH FEE COVER?
The booth fee covers your assigned space. Tables, chairs, and racks are the responsibility of the vendor unless noted. Load-in access is provided the morning of the event.
IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
Yes, there is a $5 non-refundable application fee due when you submit. Applications without the fee will not be considered.
HOW SOON WILL I KNOW IF I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED?
You will hear the status of your application by email ahead of each market. Exact notification dates are listed above
DO I HAVE TO BE LOCAL TO APPLY?
No. We welcome vendors from across the region and beyond whose work fits the KEPT aesthetic.
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. The Durham Armory is a fully accessible, single-level venue.
